Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. If we expand shipping to these areas in the future, rates will be calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tipschip.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for these deliveries.
