If your chips arrive damaged, crushed, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tipschip.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed items. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund.
